I hope you really really enjoy the videos. I made the PBS show (and the videos) myself because I didn’t want some kind of corporate packaging of what I think is a simple message, which is:

To function well in the world you need to function well in your body. That is the Heart of Pilates

I want my videos to feel handcrafted and personal, as if you are coming into my studio and I am your teacher.

So in that sense, I made these just for you.
